Abstract
Palatal perforation though rarely seen in adults but may have infectious, inflammatory, neoplastic, or traumatic cause. We present here a case of palatal perforation due to tuberculosis which was managed successfully using greater palatine artery pedicled flap closure at our centre.Entities:
