Abstract
Aortic-left ventricular tunnel is a rare congenital cardiac anomaly, which always arises from the right coronary sinus and enters the left ventricle, occasionally the right ventricle and right atrium. However, aortic and left ventricular tunnel associated with infective endocarditis is rarely seen in literatures. Here, we present a case of aortic and left ventricular tunnel associated with infective endocarditis in a 47-year-old man.Entities:
