Anti-microbial susceptibility of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis and Yersinia enterocolitica under different cultural conditions.

Abstract

Generally, Yersinia pseudotuberculosis and Y. enterocolitica grown at 37°C had increased susceptibility to antibiotics than when grown at 25°C. The susceptibility to kanamycin, cephalothin, tetracycline and chloramphenicol of Yersinia was also influenced by the growth medium and gas composition.
