Abstract
A cloning vector that could replicate in Paenibacillus polymyxa, P. azotofixans and Bacillus subtilis was constructed using two Staphylococcus aureus plasmids. The recombinant plasmid confers chloramphenicol and erythromycin resistance and contains unique restriction sites for PvuII and BclI. The stability of pRJ45 was analysed.Entities:
