Abstract
This case report presents the case of a 55-year-old male patient with a long-standing history of palpitations. A 24-h Holter monitor revealed an incessant form of long-RP supraventricular tachycardia. The differential diagnosis is presented and discussed. In a stepwise approach, it is explained how the exact mechanism of the tachycardia can be inferred through careful examination of the multiple onsets, terminations and response to spontaneous monomorphic premature ventricular contractions.Entities:
