Purified genomic DNA from each patient was subjected to PCR amplification using specific primers of the CCR5 -59029, and the amplicon was digested using Bsp-1286 I, and the products were resolved on 2% agarose gel. Lane 1 represents heterozygous cut G/A; lane 2 shows homozygous cut G/G genotype, andlane 3 shows no cut A/A genotype and M indicated 100 bp marker.
