Antinociceptive effect of ORG was evaluated after ICV microinjection of 1, 3 and 6 µg / rat of aqueous extract of ORG and TFL was measured after 30 min for 120 min. Control group received the same volume of saline intraventricularlly . Data expressed as mean± SEM of 7 rats in each group
