Abstract
► Peritoneal keratin granulomas infrequently manifest themselves in conjunction with gynecologic cancer. ► We report on a patient with synchronous ovarian and uterine cancers that contained extensive keratin granulomas. ► Comprehensive pathologic sampling may be essential to conferring optimal patient management.Entities:
