Verrucous carcinoma in penile lichen sclerosus et atrophicus.

Abstract

A patient presented with a verrucous carcinoma within a lesion of penile lichen sclerosus et atrophicus. We report a case of lichen sclerosus and the specific squamous cell carcinoma variant, verrucous carcinoma, treated by Mohs surgery.
