Abstract
A multicystic peritoneal mesothelioma in a 55-year-old man is reported. The large multicystic tumor was only partially removed. 36 months after the first presentation he is still working and his only complaint is abdominal swelling. The light microscopical, immunocytochemical and ultrastructural features are described and differential diagnoses discussed.Entities:
