Abstract
Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) is a transmissible, progressive, fatal spongiform encephalopathy. An early and accurate diagnosis is important to prevent disease transmission, but diagnosis is not easy, especially in the early stage of the disease. MRI plays an important role in the early diagnosis and differentiating the entity form other disorders.Entities:
