1Having ever seriously thought about committing suicide in the past 12 months.
2Having ever attempted suicide in the past 12 months.
3Having ever been diagnosed as asthma, rhinitis and/or atopic dermatitis.
4Middle school graduation or lower (grad: graduated).
5Having ever had at least a cup of alcohol/at least a cigarette/any drug.
6Days of physical activity for at least 30 minutes with a little shortness of breath in the past week.
7Hours of sitting and watching TV, playing a game, surfing the internet, having chat, etc., per weekday in the past week.
8Hours of sleep per weekday in the past week.
9Having ever had in the past 12 months, a sense of sadness or hopelessness to an extent that one had to stop one's daily activities for at least two weeks.
