Abstract
Aneurysms of visceral arteries are relatively rare entities. Spontaneous isolated celiac artery dissection is an uncommon diagnosis, with only a few reported cases. We report the case of 52-year-old man who had an asymptomatic celiac trunk dissecting aneurysm detected by tomographic angiography. Because of the combined risk of rupture and ischemia, we decided to treat this lesion by a conventional bypass.Entities:
