Abstract
BACKGROUND: Autonomic dysfunction is common in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). We report autonomic function test results in a prevalent, largely untreated, Tanzanian population of PD patients, at different disease stages and investigate the relationship between autonomic dysfunction and mortality.Entities:
