Abstract
Infectious aortitis is a rare disease in the antibiotic era. Only a small number of cases of nonaneurysmal infectious aortitis are discussed in literature, and its true incidence and natural history are not well defined. We present here a case of typical nonaneurysmal infectious aortitis with literature review of 19 cases of aortic infection in which the aorta is initially normal in caliber.Entities:
