Abstract
The purpose of this pilot study was to evaluate the use of music to improve quality of sleep. Adults with insomnia listened to music at bedtime for 30 days. Measured by the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index, results indicated that the use of music significantly increased sleep quality.Entities:
