Abstract
The experimental grounds of the hypothesis of a single-light-reaction in oxygenic photosynthesis as suggested by Greenbaum et al. (Nature (1995) 376: 438-441) are critically discussed and a possible explanation of their data by Photosystem I contamination in the mutant utilized is argued.Entities:
