Abstract
A 22-year-old woman developed an anaphylactic reaction after two hornet stings. Left-sided hemiparesis and gaze paresis were revealed after extubation 24 hours later. The vasoconstriction of the right MCA together with hypotension are the suggested pathogenetic determinants of the stroke.Entities:
