Abstract
The aesthetic requirement of severely mutilated primary anterior teeth in case of Early Childhood Caries (ECC) has been a challenge to paediatric dentists. ECC involves the upper anterior teeth early in life and by the time the dentist sees the child, most of the coronal structure is lost.
