Abstract
We present description of ECG by Holter monitoring in a 26-year-old patient with double-chamber implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD). Fragments of record show atrio-ventricular block, which may suggests ICD dysfunction. However, this is working mode of ICD having minimal ventricular pacing algorhythm.Entities:
