Abstract
This clinical report describes the rehabilitation of a patient with a mandibular implant-supported fixed dental prosthesis. Because of the limited restorative space available in the posterior mandible and in considering the higher wear rate of acrylic resin in comparison with titanium when it opposes metal ceramic restorations, the treatment used a milled titanium bar with acrylic resin denture teeth, which replaced the anterior teeth with milled titanium for the posterior occluding surfaces.Entities:
