Abstract
We report a case of a 15-year-old female, no family history of huge fibrosarcoma. Computed tomography (CT) showed that there was no clearance between the lump and pectoralis major and that there were pathological fractures in the third and fourth ribs. Fine-needle aspiration result suggested that it might be a phyllodes tumor of the breast. According to the postoperative pathologic and immunohistochemical results, the final diagnosis was breast fibrosarcoma.Entities:
