Abstract
Intra-articular distal radial fractures with partial bone loss at the wrist were reconstructed using osteochondral grafts in 2 patients who were followed up for at least 18 months. Both patients experienced posttraumatic arthrosis of the wrist joint. The materials of the intra-articular fixation were bioabsorbable plates and screws. Reconstruction of a partially destroyed articular surface using a costal osteochondral graft is reliable and allows filling and resurfacing an articular cartilage void.Entities:
