Normal weight: BMI 18.5–24.9 kg/m2; overweight: BMI 25.0–29.9 kg/m2; class I obese: BMI 30.0–34.9 kg/m2; class II obese: BMI 35.0–39.9 kg/m2; class III obese: BMI ≥40 kg/m2.
Whether an individual was a high school graduate.
Whether a person had had no more than 12 drinks of any type of alcoholic beverage in the person’s entire life at time of survey.
Whether an individual engaged in light/modest or vigorous physical activity for at least 10 min more than once per week.
