Functional role of autoantiidiotypic antibodies in the regulation of the immune response to dextran.

G Möller, C Fernandez.

Abstract

Autoantiidiotypic antibodies to anti-dextran antibodies did not influence the kinetics of the immune response, but profoundly affected the secondary response and caused a more or less complete inability to produce anti-dextran antibodies after a primary immune response.
