Abstract
Although the newer techniques for reduction mammoplasty generally give excellent results, some patients may develop recurrent ptosis as a result of greater tissue elasticity, or the breast may sag beneath the inframammary line, elevating the nipple. Proper preoperative evaluation and planning can help to prevent such results, and such advanced planning is even more necessary when repair is contemplated.Entities:
