Surgical correction of the unusually short nose.

Abstract

We present a personal method for the surgical correction of the traumatic or iatrogenic short nose. The lengthening is achieved by an advancement of the muco perichondrial wall, a manoeuver whose result is stabilized by means of cartilage grafts.
