Abstract
Two case reports illustrate a delayed clinical presentation of incidental durotomy following surgical posterior decompression of the lumbar spine. The clinical presentation as well as radiographic imaging studies used in diagnosing this relatively rare surgical complication are discussed. Both nonoperative as well as surgical treatment alternatives are outlined.Mesh：
