Abstract
Immune activation plays a critical role in HIV-1 pathogenesis, but the pathways that are responsible for HIV-1-associated immune activation are not well understood. Recent advances in the development of a humanized mouse model for HIV-1 infection might provide new approaches to study the mechanisms of HIV-1 associated immune activation, and to test interventions aimed at reducing HIV-1 pathogenesis.Entities:
