Abstract
A case of pineal germ-cell tumor producing human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is reported in a 23-year-old man. Extraneural metastasis developed during a course of combined chemotherapy after radiation therapy. Postmortem examination revealed that the metastatic pulmonary tumor was a choriocarcinoma, producing only HCG.Entities:
