Abstract
We are describing pulmonary valve involvement with thickening and stenosis detected by two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography in an adult presenting with Löeffler's endocarditis. To our knowledge, this has not been described previously. Complete regression of the lesions occurred with corticosteroid therapy. Tricuspid valve thickening and stenosis and thickening and thrombus formation in the right ventricle also present initially disappeared completely with therapy.Entities:
