Abstract
This article discusses an alternative approach to general anesthesia with the use of local anesthesia in minor operating procedure suites when performing in situ decompression of cubital tunnel syndrome for those patients who have mild to moderately severe symptoms and for those who fail to respond to conservative measures. Anterior transposition can easily be performed in the same setting if indicated all with local anesthesia.Entities:
