Abstract
Neuroendocrine carcinoma of the thymus, previously termed thymic carcinoid, is a rare clinical entity. Rarer still are such cases presenting with endocrinopathies. We report a case of thymic neuroendocrine carcinoma presenting with ectopic adrenocorticotroic hormone production and resultant Cushing's syndrome.Entities:
