Abstract
Glenohumeral joint motion results from a complex interplay between static and dynamic stabilizers that require intricate balance and synchronicity. Instability of the shoulder is a commonly encountered problem in active populations, especially young athletes. The underlying pathoanatomy predisposing to further episodes and the needs of individual athletes must be considered in determining the most appropriate treatment. Keywords: Anterior; Instability; Multidirectional; Posterior
