Abstract
To shorten the latency-to-response time for antidepressant treatment, three patients diagnosed with major depression were treated simultaneously with lithium and nortriptyline. Symptoms responded markedly by Day 7 and completely resolved by Day 14. Patients experienced few side effects.Entities:
