Abstract
Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare cause of acute presentations to the catheter laboratory. Often, the angiographic findings are subtle and may be mistaken for a plaque rupture. We descibe a case where repeat presentation revealed the diagnosis of recurrent spontaneous coronary artery dissection. Keywords: Acute coronary syndrome; coronary angiography; myocardial infarction
