Abstract
Although lungs are the portal of entry for cryptococcus, pulmonary disease is relatively uncommon. Cavitary pulmonary disease is even less common. We report a rare case of cryptococcosis with an isolated cavitary lung lesion in a renal allograft recipient.Entities:
