Abstract
We describe a case of a 48-year-old woman who presented with neck pain and progressive left arm weakness. Magnetic Resonance Imaging showed a cervical intramedullary cystic lesion. The lesion was removed and neuropathological analysis revealed an ependymal cyst.Entities:
