Abstract
Inguinal hernia often presents as an emergency with obstruction and subsequent strangulation. We report a unique case where an inguinoscrotal sliding type hernia contained the entire hepatic flexure as its lead point, resulting in acute colonic obstruction and caecal wall perforation.Entities:
