Abstract
A case of an ameloblastic carcinoma with extension to the anterior skull base as a result of prolonged misdiagnosis is being presented. Radical surgery and radiotherapy was performed due to involvement of the ethmoidal air sinuses and close proximity to the cranial fossa. Diagnostic tests showed no evidence of metastasis. The patient was treated with surgery, adjuvant radiotherapy, and prosthetic rehabilitation.Entities:
