Abstract
Cyanotic heart disease has major implications for maternal and fetal well-being during pregnancy. This article reports six patients with cyanotic congenital heart disease recently managed at our institutions. Although the maternal condition deteriorated to some extent during each pregnancy, it was the fetal condition that ultimately dictated delivery in each case.Entities:
