Abstract
Sixteen percent of primary hyperparathyroidism is caused by ectopic parathyroid glands. These cases present diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. In this article we present the case of a patient underwent surgery for a mediastinal parathyroid adenoma causing symptomatic hypercalcaemia.Entities:
