Abstract
Cloacogenic polyps are rare inflammatory lesions occurring around the anal transitional zone and in the lower rectum which can mimic neoplasia. They should be given diagnostic consideration in patients presenting with symptoms of rectal bleeding, tenesmus, and altered bowel habits.Entities:
