Alport's syndrome--ocular manifestations and unusual features.

Abstract

An unusual case of familial Alport's syndrome is presented with ophthalmic manifestations of both anterior and posterior lenticonus with midperipheral retinal flecks. The case highlights the varying clinical presentations of this syndrome.
