Abstract
Advances in the molecular classification of high-grade gliomas are laying the groundwork for potential changes in the treatment of high-grade gliomas. Currently, a combined modality approach involving surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy is most often used in the treatment of high-grade gliomas. The authors review recent advances in the treatment of these primary brain tumors.Entities:
