Abstract
A 7-year-old boy presented with acute ascites due to mesenteric fibromatosis. The pathophysiological mechanisms for formation of ascitic fluid and some aspects of the aetiology of intra-abdominal fibromatosis and its association with Gardener's syndrome are discussed.Entities:
