Abstract
Hypercalcaemia after foreign sun holidays in four patients is described. Although only one was a known case, all had sarcoidosis. The pathogenic mechanisms are discussed and the implications of excessive sun exposure for the mode of presentation and the management of sarcoidosis are highlighted.Entities:
