Abstract
The most common adrenal tumor in the pediatric population is a benign hemangioma. Adrenal hemangioendotheliomas are extremely rare variants of the hemangioma which are characterized by the presence of multiple anastomosing vascular spaces lined by endothelial cells, and have indeterminant biologic behavior. We report a unique case in a pediatric patient with Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome which was complicated by a recurrence of the lesion.Entities:
