Abstract
We present the surgical management of an adult patient with circumflex aortic arch (CAA). We performed a ventral aorta repair with transposition of the left subclavian artery (LSCA) and resection of the arch. The usefulness of sternotomy and cardiopulmonary bypass in the management of these patients is described.Entities:
