Abstract
We conducted a case-control study to explore the prevalence of 10 human polyomaviruses in fecal specimens from hospitalized children with diarrhea and asymptomatic control subjects by using multiplex PCR detected by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry.
